Ildar Abdrazakov Sings Four Villains at Wiener Staatsoper

On May 23, Ildar brings his “wonderfully evil” (New York Times)portrayal of Jacques Offenbach’s four villains to the Wiener Staatsoper in Andrei Serban’s quirky production of Les Contes d’Hoffmann. Marko Letonja conducts the opéra fantastique, which features a cast that also includes Neil Shicoff as Hoffmann, Daniela Fally as Olympia, Marina Rebeka as Antonia, and Nadia Krasteva as Giulietta.
